Recover Password in Cisco Catalyst

MACaddr 

Enter ROMMON
-- from shutdown status, power-on the device while continuously PRESSING the mode button.
  Switch:
  Switch: SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1
  Switch: reset


Once the switch has booted
   Switch# copy start runn
     From here, set the NEW password(s).
     Or write erase =) then use reload "reload" command
 
Finally, reverse the startup-boot switch to default 
   Switch# no system ignore startup-config switch all
   Switch# copy runn start
